How do I receive images?:

We
supply high quality images to meet all your requirements
immediately, and they can be supplied as:
- Original Photographic
Transparency (the traditional way!)
- Digital Files
on CD-ROM (preferred for high resolution - normally
tiff files)
- Digital Files
via E-mail or FTP download (quickest but limited
by bandwidth - normally jpeg files)

How do I pay for images?:

Payment
is normally on commercial invoice (in New Zealand or approved
international), or online secure credit card payment.

How long does it take? |
Normally
same day if it's during a NZ Business Day, and mostly within
the hour - dependant on office hours and holidays etc.

What about personal prints?: |

Why
do we put watermarks on our sample images? |

We
only put our watermark on our samples - not high resolution
images we licence. Why is explained here
